I had made payment through CRED for my Axis Credit Card. I used to regularly do transactions on CRED earlier as well, there was no issue. In the month of May i had made payments for my CARD twice, which got debited from my account but the respective credit is not acknowledged by my Credit Card Bank as of date. CRED is everytime closing my issue giving one excuse or the other. Recently they put the blame on me saying that the Card details and transaction was done on a wrong card from my end (there is no such option for a user to create a new transaction every time). I need to file an FIR for this as it is more than a month that this issue is not being resolved by CRED. Pls. guide.
