Instagram Account Findlostphone - Money Scam on Instagram

My friend's phone was lost and thus we filed a police complaint in near by police station. But as no help was provided and no response was shown, we tried to seek help through an instagram page - findlostphone_ as the account had healthy followers of **.*k and had a good bunch of reviews in the comment section as well as in the posts and stories.
The person didn't tell the whole charge at once and trapped us and made a huge scam of RS.*****.
When asked about the charge the person took the various detail of phone like IEMI Number/ Serial Number/ Sim Card Operator/ etc and just told about the tracking charge which equal to RS. **** which was a fixed amount.
After the payment of RS.****, the next day the guy told me to the process contains of * steps (which was not informed earlier) -
*) Tracking Charge of RS.**** (which was the payment for the person)
The person said that rest all the charges are server charges and hence will be refunded once the process is complete. Then the person asked to pay the rest three charges -
*) Approvel Charge - RS. ****
*) Sim Card Charge - RS. ****
*) Rebortion Charge - Rs. ****
The above three charges were said to be refunded within ** hrs. But then the person asked me to pay more three charges which were promised to be refunded too, and if I don't, the server won't generate any refund -
*) Screen Lock Charge - RS.****
*) Minimum Screen Generation - RS.****
*) Maximum Screen Generation - RS.****
In the fear of losing all the sum of refund of the *)+*)+*) step charges, I was forced to pay the next amount. The person promised me this was the last amount I had to pay and my refund will now be generated.
Then few hours later the person came back with the reason of server issues and said to pay the last amount of *)RS. **** and only then I could receive my refund. And If do not, then again he threatened me to loose the entire amount of refund. Hence, I was forced to pay the amount again.
Later the person says me this is the last amount of payment calling it as Security Charge of *)RS.**** and *)RS.**** and send the screen shots on a different whatsapp number and then the entire money will be refunded as this is the last step. If I do no do this my entire refund would be unprocessed if he server goes down. The person kept threatening me of my refund being cancelled and asked to pay again and again.
The person said that now I can relax and my money is under process. Then at *:** pm when I asked about the refund, he said that the office is closed by now, he has talked to the head person and it will get reflected by next day.
Then the person texts me on instagram at * am telling that as I was unable to contact them at **-* am the server went down and thus I have to repay the entire amount of security charge back which will be refunded too, being asked what is my mistake in this? The person again threatens me to repay or the entire back sum will be unprocessed so I had to pay the security charges again which lead to summing up *)RS.**** and **)RS.****. While the person now promised me that now the entire refund will be processed back just by sharing details like Aadhar Card, Passport Size Photo, Live Location, and payment method for refund. Then the person on whatsapp asked me to again pay amount of **)RS.**** and **)RS. **** for confirmatory charge.
Then the person called one more identification charge of some amount and asked me to pay it splitting into halves - **)RS.**** **)RS.**** right now as this was going to be the end of process. Well the same thing he forced me to pay it or else no amount of money would be refunded, and then RS.*** and RS.*** in the same manner once I receive the refund in the evening. But as soon as the person received the payment of **) and **) the person blocked me on instagram and deleted all the chats of his side on both whatsapp and instagram.
Unfortunately I do not have any chat evidence for whatsapp as I had to delete it before my parents know, but I do have instagram chats of which his sides are deleted :(
But I do have his whatsapp number, UPI IDs, And trasaction details.

So I have not been provided any promised refund nor have I been provided the tracking of lost phone. Also the fixed amount of * is taken and the person has flee with the entire amount of RS.*****.

I am just ** years old girl and My parents are unaware about this and this why I need your help Team Voxya. I need an urgent action regarding the same. Please help me in this matter please Team Voxya as soon as possible. I promise to never do anything without their consent but please for now get out of this huge trouble. Please Team Voxya I need it to be really as soon as possible otherwise my parents would really be harsh on me. I have come to you with great hopes Team Voxya, I would be really grateful if you help me.
