Blowhot chimney - Money return after cancellation of product

I purchased a chimney of the comapny Blowhot at their outlet shop "SRI VENKATA SAI TRADING PVT LTD KUKATPALLY" by paying full amount of ***** rupees on **rd January ****. I requested them to cancel the order on **th January **** before delivaring of the product. After that tyey told to me, my money will be return within week days. After their due date onwards, i am contacting them. But they are not answering and responding to my calls.
