hotel royal valley - money refund

On the day of ( date haaki * dinaddu) i have booked hotel royal valley gokarna the booking ids are ( id * du haaki).. problem is this hotel denied us to check in because they won't accept online payment.. but that time paid already.. they were telling oyo company wont give money to them.. they told me to contact oyo to refund money.. i have called oyo customer care for many times they recieve the call and put that into hold.. we raised the complaint in oyo app also but no response.. yesterday i called them again they were telling you were checked in to the hotel.. we need help regarding this we lost **** rupie because of oyo.
