Shabas filed complaint against Fam app on Jul 23, 2025
I made a recharge through fam app at *:** pm at noon . When i placed the recharge the platform server was down or maybe my network was slow. Because of the latency i came back made once more the same recharge but i faced the same issue as before so i almost made it thrice.i thought its my network but my network was stable. I tried again with littile bit more money but lt again failed .but i didnt knew it all the recharge still in process after a few moments all the recharge took place .i only wanted one .except that one i want a recharge of amount of **rupees .i know its a small amount but i need it .also i know there is a mistake from my side but the server of platform made me to do it
