Bharat Girls pg - Money refund

I had stayed in a pg for ** days and then wanted to leave it so i asked my owner if he could help me out by refunding half of the amount. He said no but since i had told him a month before i got my security deposit which according to him was not supposed to be refunded either. But then I decided to stay as i didnt want my money to get wasted. When i came back from home, he had given the pg to another girl and he had promised to refund my amount. Next day he refused to do so and even said that i will not let you stay here either.
