Nict Csp - Money Refund

I have transferred Rs. **** via UPI (transaction id - T**********************) on **/**/**** and Rs. **** via UPI (transaction id - T**********************) on **/**/**** and Rs. ***** via UPI (transaction id - T**********************) on **/**/**** and Rs. ***** via UPI(transaction id - T**********************) on **/**/****.
These transactions are done for getting a CSP of Punjab National Bank. But they have refused to return my money that I have deposited in their account. They told me to deposit more money i.e **% of the already deposited amount , for getting the refund of Rs. *****. I consider this as a cyber crime. The organisation is fake and they did a fraud against me.
I have attached all the necessary documents, that are required. I want your consideration towards my concern. Please Assist me in getting my money back as soon as possible. I shall be thankful to you.
