My name is Prasenjit parali date **.**.**** at **.**am a lady call me her mobile no (**********) she said she calling from Paytm seller department I am selected lucky customer the company gift me some product ( led TV,iPhone, laptop etc) any one of my choice if I buy some any other product above rs **** the product is (mixer juicer grander,sound system etc) I chosen a mixer cums juicer then they sent a rs **** payment link through Paytm I have done payment from Paytm wallet . after payment done other person called me his mobile no (**********) he said again rs **** need to pay for gst purpose then I don't agree for next payment then I told him I don't want any gift I want refund back money .
at the moment I what to do please advice me .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
