Shop Markting - Money refund takes long times

I purchase a fastrack watch on **-**-**** from paytm.But * days ago I received a call from *********** and she told me that when I purchase the watch ,at that time there is offer on shopmarkting and I am choosen as lucky winner and if purchase a sum of Rs **** then I won a laptop. For this I have to select the item on paytm and verified to them and then I have to sent the money to them via paytm on the number ********** given by them.Then next day they call and said that I have to pay the GST of laptop if I want to win the laptop. I said that I have no money ,So cancel the order and refund the money .That day they said that I will call next day.Next day I will call but either the call is not received or either the phone or landline gets switched off .Next day when I call then they said that the money will be refunded in next ** days and when I asked that it’s too much time then cut the call.Then again i call then they said the same thing and also that if I call there any more time in next ** days then the refundation date is going to be increased to ** days .
