Swiggy app - Money refund problem with swiggy

I had placed * orders with swiggy.
*st I had placed order in meat and eat. Order was not placed with swiggy but money was detected. I have spoke with Google pay, bank and swiggy no where I get assured for the money refunded. I have even got the details email saying that money is been credited to beneficiary account. I have the screen shot of the mail I received

*nd is that I placed the order for Biryani and restaurant have not taken the order so far but money was detected immediately. They said it will take * business day. But I can't believe people who said me these days. No trust on swiggy. I wanted the money back returned to me
