Hi sir,
I have enrolled devops course from simplilearn institute on **th may ****
And today morning there was first lecture so after attending it I feel it is not that good so I decided to quit it and so I talked to there team for refund process.
They told me that refund policy is only applicable till * days of enrollment.
But any student can judge the class by attending atleast * lecture that I have attended today.
Now they are not receiving my calls and only telling refund is not possible. They have filed refund ticket but after seeing all this fraud I am not sure that they will refund me.
I have searched and found that there are lots of students like me who are fall in such trap.
Also I have done same enrollment of course for my friend and his emi also get deducted from my account only.
I have pay fee through debit card emi and now my emi will get auto debit from coming month
How can I cancel it.
Please help me.
