Reliance Smart bazar Sky star buildings Siliguri - Money refund

I have purchased some groceries items through Pluxee card at smart bazar at Siliguri. At the time of payment at cash counter through pluxee card, no bill generated on that time due to lack of link failure or any. But amount of Rs. ****.**/- has debited from my pluxee account. Store has denied those groceries items due to bill is not generated. Some one of the shop told me that you will be reversed that amount within * days. However * days are not crossed. That incident has occurred on **.**.****. Kindly solve the problem at the earliest.
