OLA CAB BANGALORE - Money paid to driver and money got deducted from Ola postpaid account

I took a ride in OLA cab on Jan **th ****. At the end of the ride the driver asked me *** rupees which was the cab fare. Once the ride was completed, the pop up comes to pay Rs *** by cash in driver moby. At that time I didn't know that my Ola postpaid account was activated also. The account was activated without my notice and the same *** was deducted from my postpaid account as well. This I came to know after * weeks when I start getting messages that I have *** rupees due in postpaid. After that when I call Ola to lodge a complaint they told we will look into it. I keep getting the automated message and call. I call Ola to complain them again. Now they told me that we can't do anything as it's too late and I need to pay the postpaid dues. On daily basis during this lockdown I keep getting around ** calls every day and lot of messages. They are harassing me mentally on every day basis. I don't mind paying the dues if the mistake was from my side. But when I have already paid the amount to the driver why should I pay again to Ola. Please look into this matter.
