Mesho - Money paid from online but order was not conformed

I paid money from gpay to mesho but my money was paid *** rupoess order was not confirmed it showing to pay again ..plz help me or refund my money

Maine * kurti order karti next day return salary but koi leke nhi Gaya or not pick-up area karke status update hogaya .... customer care par baat karne par pata chala k ye return nhi hogi...apko Self return karna ho...
