Fency Fab .com - Money Paid, Product not delivered

I ordered sarees from the website <www.fencyfab.com>. Since there was no option displayed at the time for COD I chose online payment and made full advance payment for the products I ordered. After the same, there has been no information from the company about the products I ordered. None of the phone numbers or email IDs provided on the company website are functional. I feel I have been duped of my money, worst is that website still exists and must be in the process of duping many more people like me. Please help me get this company booked under serious fraud and to claim my refund.
