Khatabook - Money not settled to beneficiary account

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling handling of a pending transaction made through the Khatabook application on **th November ****. The payment ID for the transaction is ce*da***-*dc*-*f**-**a*-**afce**a**d, and the transaction amount is a mere **/-. The mode of payment was UPI, and the UTR number is ************.

Despite multiple attempts to get the issue resolved, the transaction remains pending, and the beneficiary, Mr. M SATISH KUMAR, has not received the payment. It has now been six months since the transaction was initiated, and I am appalled by the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior of your team in handling this matter.

Your team's response to this issue has been grossly inadequate, to say the least. The same questions are being asked repeatedly, and the issue has not been resolved despite several tickets being raised. I have been made to run from pillar to post without any satisfactory outcome. This is an insult to my time, effort, and trust as a customer.

The following are the details of the complaint tickets, which seem to be nothing but a means to buy more time without any actual resolution:

- On **th November ****, Khatabook raised a ticket with ID ******, and they assured me that the issue would be resolved within ** hours. However, there was no resolution, and I was left waiting in vain.
- On **rd November ****, a new ticket was raised with ID ******, and again, I was told that the issue would be resolved within ** hours. However, there was no resolution, and I was left with the same issue and no answers.
- On **th April ****, a new ticket was created with ID ******, and yet again, there has been no resolution to the pending transaction. Your team seems to be oblivious to the gravity of this issue, and this is unacceptable.

It is outrageous that Khatabook, a reputed payment application, would treat its customers in such a callous and unprofessional manner. I have lost all faith in your company and its services.

I demand an immediate resolution to this issue, and the amount of **/- should be credited to beneficiary
account without any further delay. I would like to remind you that the non-settlement of this transaction is a flagrant violation of your terms of service, and it is affecting my credibility as a payer.

I expect Khatabook to take this matter seriously and provide a concrete timeline for resolution. If the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time frame, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter to the appropriate authorities and seek legal action against Khatabook. Rest assured that I will not rest until I get a satisfactory resolution to this issue.

I hope to receive a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this issue.
