I had ordered a car part on February **th worth *** rs,after some days I get a call saying the product is out of stock and the money will be refunded to your account in a week,after repeated call to the company,he says the amount is already sent to my account but it has not come,it is ** th April now and still no money credited,i call him when ever ,he has the same answer,he sent me a screenshot of the transaction where the above heading says successfully queued *** rs ,I request you to look into this.
