Sneha Sree Tekula - Money not returned

I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Ms. Sneha Sree regarding a failed custom interior design project.

On [**-Sep-****], I had paid a total of ₹*,**,*** to Ms. Sneha Sree for customized interior works at my residence. Despite repeated follow-ups, she did not start the agreed interior work even after ** days.

After several reminders, she returned only ₹*,**,***, claiming partial refund through Paritala payments. However, ₹**,*** is still pending and has not been refunded to date.

Due to this delay and unprofessional handling, I have lost valuable time and money, and the project timeline has been severely affected.

I request that Ms. Sneha Sree immediately refund the remaining ₹**,*** and provide a written explanation for the delay and failure to commence work.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the Consumer Protection authorities and seek compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss caused.
