REDKENKO HEALTH TECH PVT LTD - Money not returned

In April **** i got many calls from Kenko health insurance team for getting the health insurance. So on **th April ***** i made them the payment of Rs *****.** with my credit card on EMI basis and before making the payment it was promised to me by the company health advisor Mr Manish Rathore that if insurance gets cancel due to company policies then whole of my amount will be refunded in source account in *-** working days. After * days of making payment i got the call from Kenko health team that thwy can't issue me a health insurance policy due to their internal policy and thus money will be refunded back in *-** working days. And when i called them after **working days as my money was not refunded back then my call was not picked up certain nunber of times and even the company stopped replying to my emails also. I am paging the EMI of same amount to my bank but here Kenko health team cheated me.
