Sansucrete Technologies - Money Not Returned

Sansucrete Technogies is a proprietorship company doing civil engineering jobs, based in Bangalore owned by Mr.Sebastian Gomes. Mr.Sebastian Gomes had an office in Chennai for this company.
Mr.Sebastian Gomes received money Rs ** Lakhs from me in the year **** to improve his business.He agreed to pay me interest every month for this amount .
He paid interest for few months and stopped .Thereafter.He closed the Chennai Office also , remains almost not reachable and not responding to my mails and phone calls.
I am not the only one being cheated by him.There are many others also.
Mr.Sebastian Gomes is the Managing Director for two private limited companies named ECOBAY Builders and Developers and Propaids Developers and Builders.These two companies involved in developing apartments in Chennai.
He collected huge sums of money from public by luring them and sold them yet to be built apartments.He abandoned these projects and closed the offices in Chennai.Hundreds of people have been cheated by him and he has been elusive from **** and there are news coming in that he is continuing his cheating with new strangers.
