Belief Mart - Money not returned back as promised since 03 years

This is in reference to the order we placed at Belief Mart (For A* Printing Paper) & transferred Rs. ***,***.** on [Order #*****] (January **, ****).The Order was not completed by Belief Mart so we requested for refund of the payment of Rs. . ***,***.**. Interest not added as promised
Though, till date, we have received Rs. *****/- from them & the pending Refund, for now, is Rs ******/- (Rs Two Lacks Ninety-nine Thousand Six Hundred and Forty-one only).
