Airtel Bank - Money not refunding to my account

I created a airtel e-wallet Account No.**********, but for verification purpose from airtel there is a temporarily debit freeze on my account and I will add Rs. **** on my account via UPI so I Want my balance return to my source account. I sent an email to Wecare@airtelbank.com and requesting to transfer my money to the bank which is used to load last transaction on **th Jan my request is accepted and they send me an email and said that your money will be transferred to the source account but after seven days money is not credited to the account then I catt their customer executive on (***) and to the their senior advisor about this incidence then she will escalate my case to their backend team and suggest me to wait for * working days till your case has been resolved but after * working days money still not credited to my account, then again I talk to their customer executives and she will again escalate my case but still not resolved but on * feb I received an email from airtel Wecare@airtelbank.com, she said me to give her more ** hours to checked and resolved [CASE ID-*******] but after ** hours still the same and till now money is not credited to my account.
