I have transferred my hard earned money of Rs. **,*** to my active Waxirx account which was validated by wazirx system of records.
After this transaction, Waxirx deactivated my account and not activating though I submit all my KYC documents multiple times.
They are not ready to transfer back my money stating that the account is deactivated because of no reason.
Have sent the email and created several support tickets of no use.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
