Vedix - Money not refunded

I ordered shampoo, oil and serum which eventually didn't work for my hair and my hair got damaged instead and asked for a return on September *th **** and I still haven't received the refund. No one is taking the initiative from the company to revert back. The service is very poor! *,*** is not a small amount and I have already returned the unused products.
