My money has not been refunded. I did not get any seat in CSAB **** Special Rounds nor did I get any seat through JoSAA rounds. I had paid rupees ***** as counselling fee out of which ***** was refundable as per CSAB **** Business Rules. It has been more than a year and my money is still not refunded.
