Satva Fitness Gym Marathahalli - Money not Refunded

i have taken snap fitness marathalli gym annual membership on jan****. according to gym policy, i can transfer my membership from marathalli branch to any snapfittness branch in bengaluru/pan india if i relocate anywhere in bengaluru/india. the manager and receptionist before taking the subscription sugarcoat so much about the gym transfer policy and promise lot of things.

during feb-march****, snapfittness marathalli has changed to satvafittness without informing the snapfittness brand organization.right now also there are disputes going on between snapfittness and satvafittness. now there is no other branch of satvafittness in pan india
i shifted my residence in bangalore on june **** and requested to snapfittness marathalli(right now satvafittness) to transfer my membership to snapfittness hsr branch.
right now , no snapfittness gym branch is accepting transfer request from satvafittness marathalli branch because satvafittness marathalli have to pay around*-*lakh to snapfitness brand. i contacted to snapfittnesscorporate office but they advised me to get refund from satvafittness marathalli branch.
i purchased membership of rs***** which is of no use because no other snapfittness branch is accepting transfer request. i requested to gym manager umakanth for refund or transfer to other member but he is not picking my calls, not replying to messages. initially, gym manager assured me refund/transfer after this issue but from last * month ,he is not replying .
i have sent around **-** mails to satvafittness marathalli branch in first month but no one replied my concerns on email . right now the snapfittness marathalli branch emailid is not existing.

i request you to please get my halfyearly refund from satvafittness marathalli branch which is rs****.
satvafittness marathalli looted by subscribing annual membership and now i can't transfer my membership to any other branch.
i have attached the mail chain(contains subscription details and mail communication b/w gym and me) and whatsapp messages(conversation b/w me and gym manager)
