I ordered a black georgette saree of Rs.**** . It was not delivered to me but status showed delivered .Later with almost * weeks of regular calls xpressbess arranged for a refund . CrazeNdemand didn't even respond properly to my mails and calls. After few days even my calls to their helpline was not getting connected ( not sure whether they blocked my numbers). They took my account details almost * months back but I didn't receive any refund yet. Since it has already been processed by xpressbess so they also can't help me anymore.
As you can see in the screenshot total of ** mails I had sent of which just * or * were responded and that too received vague replies.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
