Security System Store Info - Money not refunded

I've purchased CCTV cameras on securitysystemstore.in site. The cost is **,***.** and found that these people are selling cheap products through some google reviews. Immediately, I requested the refund for the purchase. They accepted to refund it back to my credit card. But, I didn't get any updates from the three weeks. I kept on pressing them for the refund. After that, I got an update from them that they have initiated the refund. When I check on their payment provider site (RazorPay), I don't find any status for my refund.
So, I contacted them again regarding their status. They told me that they have refunded the money back to my account on their store. So, that I can purchase anything else inside their store. They are not ready to refund my money. Initially, they promised me to repay.
Actually, they are playing with people's money like this. Most importantly, they are not responding to any of my emails. Please help me in resolving this issue asap. I paid my credit card bill without purchasing anything.
