Clickourestore.com - Money not refunded

I have got a phone call from the number of +************ two months back. They told me that it is a new online shopping site and told if I order any one thing from their store then I will get a gift of either iPhone or Sony LED TV or laptop. After that, I choose iPhone and ordered one headphone of Rs. ***. After that, they informed me there is some technical issue in the product ( iPhone) so they will give me money of that iPhone i.e **,*** and as well as compensation money of **,*** and for that, I have to deposit an amount of ****. After * days they told me to deposit **** by giving reasons like GST tax, I'd opening, etc. In between one and a half month they have already taken an amount of Rs. *,**,***. When I told to return my money they said to deposit an amount of Rs. **,*** for cancellation charge. I have also deposited that amount but still, they have not given me my money back. When I call they are avoiding my call and now they are saying to deposit an amount of *****, as service charge. I am in a very bad stage right now. Please help.
