I transferred money through UPI (Phonepe) from my another bank account to SBI on *.*.** (Transaction ID: P**********************) and it got credited. After some days on **.*.**, the transaction gets a reversal transfer from existing SBI account but money did not reach to my source account. SBI account no: ***********

From my sbi Account money is deducted. I did transaction from phone pay. On phone pay it was showing its failed but money is deducted and not credited to receivers account.
