The House of Rare - Money not refunded

I had ordered for a jeans pant worth Rs.****.** with the https://thehouseofrare.com on **/**/****. I received the product on **/**/****. But when I tried the pant, its size was too big and not fitting to my waist size. So instantly the very next day i.e. on **/**/**** I returned the product along with all relevant documents incl. price tags, invoice etc. of the product with the request to return my money. As per return policy of the company, I am supposed to get refunded within *-** working days. However, no such return is made till date. On tracking of my return status, it is shown that the product is received at the warehouse and is still under quality inspection for the last few weeks. I can't understand how long does it take to inspect a single garment product.
In this regard, I have already e-mailed thrice but to no use. One single reply I got from the company is that they are thankful to me for my patience. I don't know that they mean by patience in this case.
