Click on Career - Money not Refunded

They called me and promised guaranteed assitance and walk in interviews with great companies. They made me pay for their certain packages .(All this was on call) They told me step by step procedure on how to add package to basket and then pay for the same. Even after ** days I was provided zero assitance and I switched my company on my own. When I asked for refund they said you need to wait for **-** days( bank refunds take *-* days max) (Their refund policy mentioned ***% refund if no service is delievered). I had made the purchase on **th June **** and till date they have been dodging me. Now their phone number is switched off and their site isn't being loaded anymore. Please help me get my Refund.
