Travolook in - Money not refunded

I have booked fight ticket from travolook.in with reference numbers as below:

* minutes after booking the fight tickets, i received a call from number ****-******* tat my tickets has been cancelled due to some unavoidable reasons. This time i fel some doubt and them researched on internet. I found that the same case happened with others users as well who booked the flights from the same website. I got to know that this is fraud company. Then i tried reaching on the same number which i mentioned above *-* time. They ask for reference number and then put the call on hold for ** minutes or more and then the call automatically disconnects.
This is a fraud caompany and no one have received refund back as read on internet.

I am serving in INDIAN ARMY, and this is an hard earned money.

So i request you to take this forward and get my amount refunded back ASAP.
