Jack Marc - Money not refunded

I ordered a belt of rs **** from jackmarc.com on *th June I by mistake cancelled it on **th June that's ok I read the refund policy it is written that no refund will be given. So I thought it would be safe when I order from the website or in razorpay's wallet but it was not anywhere.
I have written many emails and was not answered and also written on contact us. Pls help or I'll file a case against them
