On **th Sept i order two product worth ****, with GST and delivery the total amount was ****.** . The product i received were completely opposite to it so i placed a return and refund for them. Initially i got no response then i mailed to them on their mail id "onlinemyshop**@gmail.com" on **th Sept. As soon as i mailed them i got a return MSG from them related to the refund that the refund will be initiated in ** working days. so from **th Sept i waited for ** days till *th Oct but no progress. i dropped a mail again related to the issue on *th Oct but response... its been ** days that since i initiated a refund but no progress, pl help!!!
