On **-**-**** I had booked a bus ticket from Bangalore to Chennai for the journy on **-**-**** with phonepe application by paying *** rupees,
The bus operator chosen from phonepe app is "KBS Travels".
On **-**-**** the bus operator has sent a message to me saying "the journey is cancelled due to Vehicle breakdown"
But I haven't got the money back.
Then I raised a request to phonepe with the evidence of journey not happened and asked for refund.
But inserted resolving the issue phonepe telling the false statements like the journy is happened hence they will not refund the amount.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
