naukri.com - Money not refunded

I have received a call from naukri.com and I have paid **** amount for regiatered service . Again they asked me to pay **** which I denied and told to refund my **** .Today I got call from +** ***** ***** named Priyanka where she told to pay *** amount for closing services and refunding ****+***.



I was on call and then she told that due to server issue i have to again pay amount of *** which i have done and my call got connected to some other team there they told there is issue in UPI id where I paid ***+*** so transfer **** on another UPI id which was done by me. I got a mail where it is writing **** ia the last amount I have to paid for getting my refund ****+***+***+****.



My amount is not refunded and now they are telling to pay **** again whixh i denied .



I called to customer call no. Of naukri i.e. *********** where i was told that i have never registered in their site by paying ****.So the mails I am receiving from naukri.com from where I am getting??? Is this tge fake id where I am stucked.



Its humble request to check the matter and help me in getting my refund of ****.
