Travolook Www Travolook In - Money not refunded from travolook

Hello Sir,
I am sanjay from gujarat.
* days ago I booked flight tickets from ahmedabad to chandigarh from Travelook.in and within *minutes of making the payment through UPI on their website I got a call from their representative stating that the Ticket has been cancelled because the AirLine has been getting many cancellations due to which they have can't generate PNR number.
And the representative told me that I will be getting that amount refunded within *to**days. But till now I have not received any refund from them. And I tried to contact their email and contact number but none of them replied till date. And I read their refund policy page (https://www.travolook.in/refund-policies) and as you can see it states that for all refunds I need to contact Wing - In - Travels. And I googled everything but failed to get a phone number.
And luckily I got this email id using which I was able to write this email. I am attaching all the documents that will help you process the refund amount.
Please help me with this refund because that amount is important to me.
