OYO LIFE - Money not refunded even after 50 days of cancellation

I have made a booking in OYO LIFE in jan **** later u have cancelled it and asked for the refund on **th Jan ****. As per the policy i need to get refunded in ** working days. But it's been more than a month i am still waiting for money to get credited. I have mailes them and called them but all they have an answer is only to wait * more day. From past * weeks it's been happening the same. In this process i have to pay an interest on that amount to my credit card bank partner. I am getting least support from the support team infact no support, all they have is to tell we do not have update drom finance team. Please resolve.
