All India Institute Of Speech And Hearing - Money not Refunded even after 3 1 2 months

I had enrolled into EEG Lab workshop, which was conducted during **th-**th Jan ****. But during Dec'**, I had asked the authorities there (Dr. Ajith Kumar) whether my money could be refunded if I didn't attend the workshop due to overlapping engagements. He had replied yes to it and told that the refund would take some time.
On **st Feb he replied that the refund was approved and would be delivered. But till now (after around * months) they have not refunded my money nor are they replying to my emails anymore.

I request a refund of my money and action against such irresponsibility. All the above conversation took place via email so I can share them whenever needed.
