com - Money not refunded even after

I ordered flip Tv for my car from cart*india , and after *days or so I got a call saying that the order is not available and the refund has been "done" the refund was intitiated but not done hence the payment I made is still not reflecting in my account even though its **th day, as per the protocol cart*india says that the refund will be reflected within **days, and now its **th day. I have contacted the customer service several times but with the same statement as Sir its not been **days yet, have mailed them and their response is same as the refund has been done, but its not at all reflecting in my account. They dont even know the customers name whom they are emailing to, am not sumedha by the way!! So cart*india is something I would not recommend to anyone neither am gonna buy anything from this platform, kindly help me with the refund.
