Arogya yogshala - Money not refunded by fraud yoga school

On **th feb I had paid Rs. ***** on call with Aditya which i later came to know is Aftab and i was told that i will be transferred to a *** hr YTT as i already have *** hr ayush certificate and will also be given the internship with Arogya yogshala . In an hour i received a call from Mr. Sohan Singh, who claimed that he is the real owner of the sanstha and after one hour of telling his story that he is the real person behind Arogya and he has contacts all across the industry he sent me few msgs of participats paying **k for RYS .And that after the course he will give me the post as a a teacher for his new centre coming up in Banaras. I was told that the executive-Aftab had lied to me abt *** hr course and as the money is non refundable and if i can pay ***** more he will give me RYS and then he franatically called me abt ** times for money which seemed fishy to me so i refused to pay.
Then he calls in a week that i can pay **k more i can do *** hrs. All this was too fake for me so i refused to do any course with them n thus requested for a refund. In the mean while a death happened in my family and i again requested for my payment back as i have not attended any classes for even replied to the mail for acknowledging that i agree with company terms n conditions. I was hoaxed to join ***hr however what was initially promised was different.

I have already filed the complaint with the consumer forum as i have all the msgs and recordings of conversation as a proof.
