Kipek company - Money not refunded back into my account

I had returned one product on **th August and the money was not refunded yet. I am trying to reach you but no one is responding properly. I sent many mails and called ajio customer care service team but no one responded. Ajio was taking longer time to initiate a refund. Once check and resolve the issue.
