i have done one booking through travolook.in today & my money got deducted. Total amount was INR****. then, i received mail saying that booking REF********* got cancelled due to operational reason & it will be refunded in ** days. since, its my hard earned money & my amount deducted & booking cancelled without any reason, i need immidiate refund from company. i also understood that this is a fraud company & many people reported cheated as reviewed on internet. pl help.
