Mahatma Gandhi University - money not refunded

I did correspondence through Mahatma Gandhi University, I did through Sharma Classes Which is located in Charni road, Mr Sharma took * years Term fees from Me and now is stating that I did not apply for *st year of BA. Also I have paid INR ****/- for Migration Certificate in August **** and till now i.e. April **** no revert on my Certificate. Hence I asked for refund of my Money but there is no response for it. I have lost nearly count of LAKH invested in the course and have received no Certificate and No Refund. Please help how will I get my INR ****/- refund from Mahatma Gandhi University.
