I have visited zudio zirakpur on *nd of june and i wants to buy a top worth rs. ***/-. When i go to the counter i pay them the payment online, money was sent by me without any issue but the he told me tha payment was not received and you have to pay us again or money will be refunded within ** hours. After that i didn't buy the top and leave zudio. Day after tomorrow i called them and asked about refund so they told me to wait for * to ** days because we send a mail to our finance and they take that much time. Ok then i waited. And its been more than ** day they just giving me excuses and excuses but not refunding my money thats all.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
