Syncevo Technologies Private Limited - Money not refunded

I am a resident of Argora housing colony, Ranchi. I recharged my wifi and after payment we were informed that due to g** fibres have been cut and so we will need to pay extra *** for service charge. We did not want to spend extra *** when we were never told this before paying so we asked them to refund the recharge amount. Now it's been ** days and we have still not received our money and they are saying that only **% of the money they would give. This is highly irresponsible and deceiving act from your company and our trust on this company is completely destroyed. So my only complaint is to just give my money back and look for the service you are giving to the customers.
