Carlton Crown Services - Money not refunded

Hi,
Here I want to inform you that **th of April me Anindya Ganguly & my Wife Papia Ganguly with my two Sons Adrita & Samadrita visited a Company named Carlton Crown Services for Gift item collection as they were calling us continuously.
As we reached there they we come to know that it's a company of tour & travel.
They called us in a room after **- ** minutes waiting to their reception lobby. In that big room many other families are there in different table with different representative.
We also sat there with a lady representative she started with very friendly manner about the company facilities detail of tour & travels ,some time she called another company person for that day special offer, but unfortunately I have paid ****** in credit card EMI to get the facilities but they have not provided any GST bill as well as details of the hotels & Resturants list that they have tie- up with this particular merchant CCS.
I have mailed them for cancellation and refund the money immediately as agreement is wrong and fradulant.
All falsified statement has been given before the transaction.
They had given some papers and also they had taken signature.
I also blocked my credit card before ** hrs and informed HDFC Bank regarding this fradulant activities, but CCS has not cancelled the transaction they are not closing the matter.
Even in Google feedback many customers were also trapped by them only..
Please kindly arrange to return my money .
