BudgetAir Com - Money not refunded

Hi,

Make a little bit of a mistake this week. Instead of using the typical flight booking websites I usually use, I trusted the travel companies that came up in the results. Without so much as a thought, I booked my ticket via budgetair.com.

After booked the ticket i cancelled the my ticket due to changes my travel plan and after cancellation still i don't have received my refund and there is no any customer support for help for this. i am stuck in this.

I don’t mean to just whinge and right a negative review here, I would like to warn others not to use this travel agent, it’s not just inefficient like you may have read in past reviews but it’s also fake.

I hope you look into this and help to get the my money as soon as possible.
