Good Afternoon Sir,
I had deposited ***** Rs to Golden Trip Pvt. Ltd. for Vaishnodevi package. But I cancelled the package as I didn't liked the hotel provided by them. They assured me to give back my money in ** working days. But I didn't got my money. I continuously mailed them regarding my money but they kept fooling me. Then they told that they would refund the money by **th December, ****. But till now I have not received my money. I need your help. I am attaching some documents as a proof.
